The Minister Provincial, in the name of the Franciscan Friars of Malta, wrote to the Friars in Abruzzo, Italy were in the last weeks an earthquake devastated homes, churches and friaries,

Frs. Martin Coleiro OFM and Leo Ciantar OFM are taking part, in the name of our Province, in the International Chapter of Mats., which began this afternoon in Assisi. About 1767 Franciscan Friars – OFM, OFM Cap , OFM Conv., TOR and other guests are taking part.

On the 13th April the Franciscan Family gathered at the Poor Clares to celebrate Pasquetta together.  A good number of friars gathered in the Chapel because of the bad weather, and a moment of prayer organized all the Franciscan families took place.
